Supertramp Career positions

General assembly is the team responsible for building out the campers. This includes but is not limited to electrical, bonding, hvac, plumbing, sub assemblies and final assembly. Attention to detail and a quick learning mindset is a must. Willing to adapt to a quick pace environment and hit all delivery goals.

Our fabric production team is responsible for manufacturing our pop-up portion, cushions, shower curtain, and carpet. Our camper pops up with a triple-layered fabric that is insulated and has four large zippered windows including mesh, clear vinyl, and a shade. Experience sewing in a production setting and the ability to sew box cushions with no assistance is highly desired. High attention to detail is required.

Bodywork Technicians are responsible for safely and efficiently completing all surface preparation for painting. These tasks require manual dexterity, great attention to detail, the ability to work quickly and efficiently, and a willingness to learn. This job is about 80% bodywork and 20% painting. Painting skills are not necessary for the job.

Machinists are responsible for safely and efficiently machining all parts for a camper using a CNC router, waterjet and press brake. These tasks require the ability to lift 50 lbs, great attention to detail, the ability to work quickly and efficiently, and a willingness to learn.

Responsible for layups of composite parts including shell and interior components. We use a process called vacuum infusion to manufacture all of the parts, so this process is completely dry. Experience with wet layup, vacuum infusion, or fixing gel coat is desired. Mold and plug-making experience is highly desired. Attention to detail is a must. We are looking for a positive mindset and willingness to work. Our shop is super clean and neat. We are willing to train for this position with the right attitude.
